Personal Training

One on one coaching tailored to your specific goals. You will be assessed to identify your strengths and weakness and provided with a program designed to maximize your potential.

Virtual Training

Does your schedule or home situation challenge your ability to train in person? Virtual training is available and can be done in the convenience of your home. Online coaching is also available to those who would like a program but cannot meet with our staff face to face.

Group Training

If you’re someone that gets motivated in the presence of others, then group training is for you. You and your group will become teammates in the shared journey of achieving success.

Community Programming

At protean we believe training is most effective when tailored towards specific goals and outcomes. For this reason, each month we designate a local fitness event that members can choose to participate in. This is a great opportunity to meet other Protean members with similar goals and interests.
